OPTIMA: Project Contents and project objectives

In 2014, the company opted for document management from d.velop. The DMS is used by the company in connection with SAP. Jumps were built in each case, so that it is possible to jump from SAP directly into the DMS or also jump from the document management in SAP. Other functions, such as the direct storage of SAP forms in the DMS, make daily work much easier.

Personally, I’m a fan of the DMS. Just the way we can store documents nowadays – for example, via drag & drop – is a significant improvement over how it was before.
