Audit report IDW PS 880
IDW PS 880 – a standard with significant impact
The IDW PS 880 audit report is relevant for commercial documents and certifies the documentation, processing and storage of these documents in Germany in accordance with IDW Standard 880.
This audit standard from the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany is the basis for the ‘issuing of software certificates’ by independent auditors. The international audit is conducted according to ISAE 3000.
d.velop documents and d.velop postbox have passed the audit according to the guidelines of IDW PS 880. This means that d.velop software is suitable for audit-proof archiving in accordance with the GoBD standard.

Declaration of conformity for accessibility
Top marks for the accessibility of d.velop documents
The web client for d.velop documents (formerly d.3one) was developed in such a way that people with disabilities can also use it without barriers.
The conformity assessment was set to ‘accessible’ — compatible with BITV 2.0:2019 & compliant with EN 301549 V3.2.1:2021. In a comprehensive test procedure by the external service provider Telekom MMS, accessibility was assessed in accordance with BITV 2.0:2019 and EN 301549 V3.2.1:2021 — with a great result: the top rating of ‘very good’ was awarded in all categories. This is a strong sign for people with disabilities and digital participation in working life.

d.velop is TISAX® certified
The TISAX® assessment and exchange process is the leading standard for data security in the automotive industry. d.velop AG is certified in the areas of information security (Information with High Protection Needs) and data protection (Data Protection according to EU-GDPR Art. 28 (‘Processor’)) according to Assessment Level 2.
d.velop was awarded the BSFZ Seal 2022
The Certification Centre for Research Allowance (BSFZ) awards its seal exclusively to companies that are eligible for research allowance funding. In this context, the BSFZ has certified d.velop’s high level of innovation expertise and confirmed that the company is actively driving forward internal research and development projects.
