Project scope and aims

Following an intensive service provider selection process, the strategic global decision for implementing the digitization strategy went to d.velop AG and its d.3ecm ECM Suite, which covered the requirements for all the company’s production processes and non-production-related processes alike.

The aim is to establish d.3ecm as a central information platform for storing documents that are subject to statutory retention periods from the leading ERP system Infor:LN, MS Outlook and Office environments and enable their use through a digital file management solution and simple “search and find” feature.
A crucial factor in the decision was the use of an integrated BPM | workflow suite. Its first implementation project is to optimize the recording of creditor invoices and the subsequent verification and approval process.

The solution is implemented and operated in virtual environments. Data and documents from compliance and non-compliance business requirements are stored using FAST LTA Silent Cube systems with a storage capacity of 8 TB in redundant sections with 19″ technology.
Integration into the Infor:LN group applications and Microsoft product ranges is also a high priority.
