Since SharePoint was already in use at UNITY for intranet and other internal purposes, it was essential to find a SharePoint-based solution capable of managing and archiving commercial documents. Particular emphasis was placed on the seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and NAV, in order to map the entire project lifecycle – from the initial customer enquiry and automated quote generation to final invoicing, including travel expense handling – in a fully integrated and consistent way.
