Become a supplier at d.velop
Due to our wide range of business areas, we at d.velop have a continuous and diverse need for materials, products and services. Suppliers are crucial to our business success! That is why we are constantly on the lookout for innovative and committed suppliers who share our corporate vision and support us in implementing our group strategy within the framework of a long-term partnership.
What we expect from you
- You are prepared to enter a long-term, cooperative and committed business relationship with us.
- Transparency, honesty, reliability and openness are as important to you as they are to us.
- You actively work with us to continuously optimise processes.
- You actively contribute your high level of development and innovation expertise to the development of our products.

- You accept and act in accordance with our code of conduct for suppliers and business partners.
- You acknowledge our general terms and conditions of purchase.
- You comply with d.velop-specific company guidelines as well as national and international standards, guidelines and laws.
Six steps to successful supplier registration
Participation in our registration process is generally a prerequisite for inclusion in our supplier database and participation in tenders. It includes the following steps, among others:
Step 1:
Receive registration email
New suppliers are first invited to register by email.
Step 2:
Registration questionnaire
Fill out our supplier self-assessment form.
Step 3:
Code of Conduct
Accept the d.velop Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Business Partners in order to submit the questionnaire.
Step 4:
Detailed review
In line with our corporate values and to mitigate potential risks, we review applicants to ensure they meet predefined qualification criteria.
Step 5:
Provision of further documentation
Depending on the category, you may be asked by email to complete additional web-based questionnaires and provide documentation.
Step 6:
Successful registration
Congratulations! Once you have successfully qualified, we will consider you for future enquiries and projects.
Note: The more comprehensive the data entered during the registration process, the easier it is for d.velop to evaluate a supplier and select them for suitable enquiries and projects.

If you would like to be listed as a potential supplier at d.velop but have not yet been invited, please fill out the form below. Your details will then be automatically forwarded to the relevant contact person. If there is internal demand for your products and/or services, we will contact you specifically and invite you to our registration process. Please understand that due to the large number of applications, we are unable to contact all potential suppliers.
