Philipp M. Kühn advises national and international corporations, medium-sized companies and start-ups on all legal issues relating to data protection and IT law. This includes, in particular, all issues related to the use of agile methods, IoT and digital health, as well as the use of AI. Before joining Ebner Stolz, Mr. Kühn worked, among others, as in-house counsel for one of the largest German insurance groups and an international fashion manufacturer in the aforementioned areas. Mr. Kühn regularly lectures and publishes on current topics of digitalization and IT law.
For me, digitalization means the indispensability of IT and data protection law in all other areas of law.
